Le code de déblocage a été envoyé en 2H, et ça marche! Très bonne communication avec le support techniques (réponses rapides, même le dimanche!). Pour débloquer mon BB8820 j'ai necessité d'une SIM de l'opérateur historique (que je n'avais pas, mais il m'a suffit de demander dans mon entourage). Bref, pour moi que du bonheur !
